The heart does more than pump blood—it’s also where we process emotion, connection, and resilience.
In this class, we’ll explore herbs that have long been associated with supporting the heart, including rose, hawthorn, and reishi, and talk about how plants can help care for both the physical heart and the deeper heartspace.
Participants will create a heart-opening body spray to take home, offering both physical and energetic support.
Kelley Riviere is an herbalist and founder of Weed Woman Herbals, a small-batch herbal apothecary and education space. Through classes, herb walks, and workshops, she helps people build meaningful relationships with plants and gain confidence using herbal medicine in everyday life.
