A Q&A for parents to ask and learn some do’s and don’ts of how to best support their kids athletic experience! How do we best support them on the sidelines or in the stands. As a Certified Mindset Performance coach and a Youth Soccer Coach of 25 plus years, Meg Henderson can offer helpful hints to support your child in the most positive and beneficial way.

“Sports were my outlet growing up which led to thirty plus years of coaching soccer and volleyball. I love that I am in a position to coach and teach athletes and parents of athletes helpful tools to help shape the sports environment for their athlete in a positive way. We do not rise to the level of our goals, we fall to the level of our systems. Let’s dive in and look at our systems and see what we as parents can do to shape the culture of sports in a beneficial way.”-Meg Henderson
