Watercolor is an art where we can analyze the element water! We use technique and observation skills to successfully create. Art is a science of self expression and imagination, and the goal is for students to not only understand the medium better, but to feel safe and comfortable to express themselves!

This is an example of the one of the pieces students will create. Within this piece of artwork they will get to work on creating gradients and what salt does when used in the painting process. Students will have a lot of opportunities to discuss different techniques and elements of design and practice them.
