Why should I pay $10 for the Early Bird Admission?
The Early Bird admission is Saturday from 10am-11am and costs $10. But why should you pay and not wait until 11:01am when you can shop for FREE? For starters you will get first look at what is available and first pick of your next piece of wall art or winter crafting supplies. In addition we will be providing some sweet and savory treats and a coffee and tea bar to complement your shopping experience.
Can I sell my personal artwork?
The short answer is that you can bring any art that you would like to sell, whether it is created by you or someone else. But the goal of the Art Swap isn’t meant as a place to sell your personal creations. There are a lot of wonderful places and opportunities in the area to do that and we would be happy to advice you in this area. Think of this like the ski swap. You probably didn’t make your skis but you could have. The Swap is meant as an opportunity to find the right new owner for something beautifully created.
Can I sell my (insert any small art or craft item)?
The short answer is yes but bundle, bundle, bundle! We welcome any supplies that someone can use to create their own work of art but please no individual small items. For example: we would welcome a large set of pre-bundled cabochons (rocks that can be made into jewelry) but we will not attempt to sell one rock. When in-doubt bundle and then if still wondering-ask.
