Participants will learn about various methods of fermenting foods, with a focus on easy small-batch techniques. Explore flavoring options for exciting vegetable-ferments and enjoy tasty samples. Demonstrations and handouts will provide the info you need to start your own ferments at home. Mason Top Fermenting Kits will be available for in-class purchase (by cash or check only).  Registration Required
