As springtime approaches we think about shaking out the rugs and opening the windows, and we are inspired to do a "spring cleaning” of our body as well. Join Susan McCandless for this lovely spring cooking class. She will share four of her favorite everyday go-to recipes that are brimming with flavor and detoxification nutrients. This class will include some hands-on participation, so bring an apron if you would like to join in! Featured foods include Walnut, Date and Herb Salad, Luscious Clean Green Soup, Magical Chimichurri, and Spiced-up Greens (think flavorful, not “hot”). Recipes will be provided, as will delectable samples of each dish. Susan McCandless is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist working with St. Luke’s McCall’s Integrative Medicine Clinic. She is also a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor.
