If you can’t escape the cold snowy weather of McCall winter - counterbalance it with coziness! Nothing is cozier than a warm night around the fire, eating delectable turnovers! Anjel Griggs - operator the Boise Grange and general expert in food preparation, food preservation, and so much more - will visit McCall in February to teach this hands-on class in turnover construction. In class, Anjel will guide participants through the creation of perfect turnover crust, and the creation of a savory vegetarian filling featuring spinach and feta cheese. Students will craft several turnovers to take home and bake (or freeze for later).
