This unique Cabin Fever class will offer participants a guided tour of both Belgian and domestic Belgian-style beers paired with various cheeses. Included will be descriptions and historical information on the breweries involved, as well as the styles of all beers poured during the tasting. The pairing component of this class will showcase the impact of a beer as a partner to food, a power that transcends beer’s traditional reputation as a mere quaffable beverage. A cheese-and-beer pairing grid will also be included, as will printed informational material about the beer brands and proper serving techniques. Presented by Idaho Wine Merchant’s Beer Director, Kyle Baas, who will be assisted by Scott Sprague, Idaho Wine Merchant’s Fine Wine Specialist. Registration Required  -  $35  Ages 21 and over ONLY
